So, I've been frantically buying up as many vintage doilies as i can lay my hands on...You could say I've become doily obsessed! There's something about those little round lacey things that just scream to be reused in a new manner. Not to mention all the handiwork that went into them--talk about labor!

I'm in the process of making and designing cropped bolero tops for the store, complete with little puff shoulders and button closures. You wouldn't believe how excited I got when I finally learned the buttonhole feature on my sewing machine--like I'd discovered a wormhole in the universe or something--yeesh!

Anyway, I'm putting together the next batch of goodies so stay tuned...will post preview images here as soon as I can...
