Hooray! thanks to Carrie for sending me some photos of the new ReadyMade magazine spread with my blue dress in it...photos below...gotta get me a copy for myself now :) and i guess this means i have to start making more dresses, huh? right now i have only one going up this weekend, but maybe that's what today will be all about :)

I am primarily a visual artist who is currently teaching sculpture at the California College of Arts in San Francisco. My clothing line is my strange attempt at creating wearable examples of turning away from mass-production and mass-consumption. Viva la revolution!

thanks guys, it's a real thrill to be in the mag..! katherine, i have a hard enough time making inventory as it is, so part of me would really dread getting in more customers, actually. it's ironic because i really can't expand to make more stuff. ack!
oooh! when are we gonna see some dresses in the mix?
steph i know how you feel! i always want exposure, but then i freak out and worry that i wouldn't be able to keep up with demand if it happened.
