newness and newnesses
ahhh, i had a rather productive day! i spent most of it working out a new top design--a variation of the "kimono style" ones I do with low-cut fronts (you wear 'em *over* tanktops, okay? don't go around showing your ta-tas!) only it's a bit more complicated, has looser and longer sleeves that hit above the elbow, and LOTS of details. Front button closures, for one, and in lightweight cottons as opposed to sweater fabric.
i'll try to post preview pics sometime soon. i've been itching to design new things since as much as i love my old standards, they become, well, standards. and newnesses and springness is what it's all about, eh? eh!
tonight was about scooting in the door at 8pm just in time to catch america's next top model. not exactly brain fodder, but more like puuuuuuure downtime guilty pleasure relaxation. we all need some of that every now and then :)

Can't wait to see the new tops! So share your ANTM faves and least faves (if that's not too embarassing). Daz and I hate Jade, but that may be a little obvious and I just don't think Furonda is pretty or interesting-looking. My fav is definitely Danielle - she's gorgeous!
I saw your webstore with all your clothes. Félicitation ! I'm doing hats with old wool sweaters and it's so fantastic to create with old and know your work with environment... excuse my english, i'm french canadian.
