A rose is a rose is a rose...Made of a lovely dusty blue cotton jersey, this top has a yoke of blue fabric with roses. Dramatic puffed shoulders and 3/4 length sleeves that end in printed cuffs. Each shoulder sports a panel of red eyelet fabric--cute! Great for taking you into spring!
